We wanted to make a note regarding Veneran's whose crime was aiding Pleroma in a context where they'd had no reasonable way of knowing that person was specifically a Pleroma rather than a Kenoma. Generally, for them to end up on the hit list, they would have had to be engaging in other seditious activities as well, perhaps inspired by the interactions they had with the Aions. The Regent's directives wouldn't be as unreasonable as to punish Venerans for being tricked if it was a one time interaction.
