NAME: Tsunami CANON: Wings of Fire LEGACY: Champion SECT: Pleroma
CHARACTER PITCH: Tsunami is one of the five main characters of the first arc of Wings of Fire: a group of young dragons who have been brought up in seclusion by unkind guardians with the intent of fulfilling a prophecy that claims these dragonets will bring an end to a twenty-year dragon war of succession. Brash and fearless, Tsunami chafes especially hard against her stern and authoritarian guardians, and resents having been raised in a cave her whole life – especially after she and the others escape and she discovers that her childhood fantasies about being a lost princess of the Kingdom of the Sea whose parents had always wanted her back were in fact true. She likes to think of herself as the leader of her group of friends and is often the one to spur them to action (or boss them around), although at her canon point she is starting to have doubts about how suited she is to that role. In dragon terms she is in the equivalent of her mid teens!
DESIRED CR: I am UP FOR WHATEVER but i am very excited about having a character who can actually make friends. Wow. I've only had Binghe for so long, Tsunami is so normal relatively speaking, I can't wait to have some POSITIVE CR,, That said I DO also welcome negative CR, Tsunami DOES hold a grudge and has little patience for people who are rude to her.
OFFERED CR: DO YOU WANT a bossy fighty dragon friend. Here she is!! She's still adjusting to the fact that humans (and other approximately human-shaped persons) are, like, people here and not a kind of squeaky little animal, so she might be a little condescending for a bit, but she'll get over it pretty quickly, especially being the ONLY dragon here (shapeshifters don't count!!)
PLOT HOOKS: please god someone help her sneak around Greentruth, she is a big blue dragon 6' high at the shoulder with light up scales and she has zero capacity to pass as a Horos native
she's going to be attuning to the Pleroma pretty quick, since she's already committed to fighting the Regent in her TDM threads, so she'll probably mostly be around Greentruth going forward, until she learns how to do a glamour*, but for now she WILL need help hiding lmfao
*she is pretty spooked about magic because where she comes from magic makes you lose part of your soul every time you use it until you go off the deep end and murder all your family. With sufficient exposure to Aion magic she'll be able to internalise that this stuff is different but she'll be wary for a while! please help show her that magic does not have to be spooky
EVENT PLANS: Tsunami is going to be pretty into the Firaseri hunting stuff. Hunting is the kind of thing she enjoys showing off about and she will absolutely try and tackle a dinosaur to the ground on her own. If someone wants to ride on her back they can but she can only seat one person at a time and it isn't necessarily the comfiest,,
Also REALLY looking forward to that Achamoth raid! Tsunami is absolutely determined to bite some Kenoma.
