kaeya will be spending most of his time at venera so it would be easy for a pleromie to issue him a challenge! i don't have many preferences when it comes to what challenges can be issued (getting him to stop lying is tentatively taken,) so we can plan smth wild and free.

kenomies are also welcome to hassle him since he can't stay in venera forever. alternatively, the challenge can be mixed in with the training log stuff since that should be the perfect place for rly chaotic dares, idk.
