Paul is very much a believer in pacifism and nonviolence where possible; he's completely nonaggressive and refuses to do any of the fighting himself, but if others are willing and ready to do the fighting for him then he also won't stop them. If Amos' best skills in service of the Regent and Kenoma in general are in wrecking people's shit then he's in full support of this, especially since we're all bringing about the End of Days anyway.
