First off Amos supports Misa SO MUCH in her party planning and if she asks him to help physically set things up he absolutely will. god he was good for heavy lifting stuff before but now he's really made for it huh. He's got no suggestions but will happily go along with whatever he's asked to do.

He'll be at the party but he's also the kind of guy who just quietly vibes off to the side on his own so... no good for speeches, adequate for one-on-one stuff only...

But he's definitely down to play tour guide! He's spent a fair bit of time out and about. Amos is good for bars/spas/brothels advice for a general overview of what Achamoth has to offer, plus how to exist in the city without getting bombarded by worshippers, and such.
