Yes, absolutely! Estinien will find that connection interesting as well even if he's a more socially reserved person. And he understands having some baggage about the concept as well - in his homeland, 'consorting with dragons' (drinking their blood, falling in love with them, etc) was considered the ultimate sin their religion and punishable by death. Estinien is 100% a dragon man and he's met plenty of full dragons but hasn't really interacted much with human hybrids like himself.

Estinien is also investigating the dragons in Lohkimareen so he could get Jae Ha involved in that as well. They seem to react better to people who smell like dragons.
