Estinien is also dragon-infused/dragon blooded (and hilariously has similar jump powers as a dragoon) and can sense the presence of dragons in his own canon, so it's possible these two might sniff each other out. He's also very dedicated to the Pleroma at the moment and will be glad for anyone showing up with similar convictions!
