Oh, and please do! I love Aerith so much and yours is written so well. I think Childe would really benefit from a girl like Aerith not leaving him alone. He's so used to people not willing to deal with him/having no friends because he's automatically labeled a villain by everyone (and he is, he's done definitely done bad stuff for his Tsaritsa although there's more to him than just that) which makes it easy for him to just sort of play the party he's expected to in everyone's assumptions that it'll throw him for a loop to have anyone bothering him about things regardless of what that is.
He will be a tough one to turn from Kenoma, but I believe Aerith is one of the few characters that has a significant chance to shake his foundations going forward, and I hope we'll see some awesome CR ahead of us.
