HI FREYA!! i will shamefully admit that i had some misgivings about having a wol in the game, but himeka has been nothing but fun to thread with!! i love this confetti lizard. her personality feels both very real and very suited for a warrior of light - i fully believe she'd get mixed up in all kinds of trouble just because of her character, and this belief is only supported by the fact that it's still happening to her in aion teleios LMFAO. OUR CR IS ONLY JUST BEGINNING BUT I LOOK FORWARD TO MORE OF IT!!

I love you and I love your horrible little man, emphasis on the "your." You've nailed Makoto perfectly, AND threaded that needle where you don't shy away from what a horrible person he is but still make it easy for others to tag him and build CR with him. That is not at all an easy thing to pull off and you seriously deserve every compliment for somehow??? making it happen. Merc!!! So I have to tell you when you first showed up I was like "omg is that a sex wizard". And he is! But Matt is more than that--it's clear that you put a lot of thought into the world, his backstory, the reasons behind his actions, and his current trajectory. All while ALSO being a sex wizard, which is a pretty cool resume. I've been really enjoying the few things we've done so far and he's TERRIBLY endearing and I can't wait to get to know him better! Also you're a pretty cool person yourself :)

Yuya is a sweet sweet boy who I only want the best for but I know is going to suffer...so hopefully we can get him some ice cream in the interim? RIZUUUU it's been so fun to play with you again!! your tags are always so detailed, and i can really feel your passion for the character(s) through them, although that's nothing new - you've always been a great character writer!! and our CR is so fun even if they're both mean to each other JHDFGJD but in my little heart i have a hope that somehow they can become comrades if not friends?! I WANT TO BELIEVE...

and as far as hayame goes, i think it's great that you aren't afraid to play up her less charming aspects tbh!! it makes her feel much more Real.

JAMSAUCE... i have already told u that u rule so many times but i will say it AGAIN!!! even when i think we won't have many opportunities to thread, your writing is so easy to bounce off of and work with that we get good CR instantly, it's like your magic power or sth... i LOVE misa and you've made me appreciate her as a character so much more!! i was never like, a misa hater, but i didn't care about her much when i read dn originally... after knowing you and especially now after tagging her more, i am firmly in the camp that she's a fascinating character and deserved way better. LUCKILY, you are here to write her better than canon. i'm so excited to see if misa and johnny's friendship eventually blows up or if she successfully runs a corruption arc on him because either way it'll be so much fun. hehehe...

MIRU... i am so, SO grateful that i get another chance to be in a game with you, because you are such a gift to any rp you're in both OOC and IC!! i haven't gotten to tag gen much, but i love him for being willing to kick johnny's ass immediately and am extremely excited for them to start becoming friends(?) via remote pants delivery system. i don't know anything about his canon at all, but he's very sad and endearing, even if he's a rude lad, and i always like reading what he's got going on. your writing is detailed yet easy to parse, and you always give plenty of hooks and interesting introspection to work with!!

vee, you are yet another person i'm so happy to get to play off of again!! yuuta was only here for a short while, but he had such a big impact on johnny's time here, and i think that speaks volumes for how good your writing is AND how your openness to plotting / threading is a gift. i always feel like i can come to you with an idea or ask if you want to do something in RP and you'll be ready to figure it out with me!! all of your tags have so much thought and care put into them, as always, and offer great insight into the character's inner world. i haven't gotten to thread with makoto (YET) but i'm sure he has an equal amount of thought and care in his threads even if he's a stinky decapitated demon head.

boba... you are an absolute treat to tag with each and every time. you've played such a wild spread of characters in the time i've known you, but they've all been SO fun to thread with and fascinating in completely different ways, and gray is no different!! she's immediately endearing and fun to thread with despite being quiet, and i'm really happy i play someone who likes her... she is so cute. i'm super excited for her to come to the dark side (pleroma) so that johnny can hang out with her more, bc their relationship is pretty sweet already!! fwiends!!

BLESSED WITH PRINCE'S ABEL YET AGAIN. not to be weird but prince you are like... the warmest, gentlest presence in every game you're in and i'm so happy i get to be in another one with u!! abel is hilarious and poignant all at once, and i feel that you straddle that line with him extremely well. he's meddling and goofy to the point of being obnoxious, but it's always apparent that he's trying his damn best and just wants to make people safe and happy. threads with you always feel like they carry some meaning for the characters involved, even if they seem like silliness from the outside. i really hope he and johnny can become better friends!!

mary i had so much fun threading with you in awash and i can't believe i get to do it AGAIN?!? but less suavely this time (miss you lupin.) you're always so much fun to be around and that extends to your tags, too -- dex is charming and weird in all the right ways, and you always provide plenty of hooks to respond to in your writing, even if he can't actually speak aloud!! i feel like i haven't gotten to tag him as much as i want actually WE SHOULD HAVE ANOTHER THREAD IN SEPTEMBER but i've really enjoyed the bits we have had with johnny and dextera and i actually think they could be friends!! they can bond over brother trauma or something...

can i just say i love your dedication to playing hayame..... i love how unapologetically harsh/abrasive she is, i can admit that sometimes i struggle with not shying away from my character setting off everybody but i am in serious awe of your portrayal of her even though i'm canonblind. she's so good!!

Himeka is so cute. Since I haven't played FF14 DWRP is largely my window into What's Going On There and I love the way you've fleshed out Himeka with such a vibrant and bubble personality with a lot of strength to really be a hero. I love her. And she's so pretty. 10/10 would run into Achamoth to save her again.

Also you find the absolute strangest stuff on the internet. I don't know where you find it but I'm always fascinated. And your meme drawings are hilarious.

LAZDO i've really enjoyed threading with howl 🥺 my confession is that actually only watched howl's moving castle for the first time a few months ago after this game opened because i'd always meant to, but your howl is spot on, and you've also made me a lot more interested in the deeper parts of the kind of person he is.... you're also very sweet and easy to plot with ooc so it's been really fun doing stuff together :~)

i'm very very excited to see how howl's arc turns out... i'm invested in this sad, messy bird man . and mark my words i will have the howell jenkins bit come out some day ☝

I know you apped Rand from what's ostensibly early canon for him because he's from the show, but in general I love how you'd taken him at a point he hasn't that long ago been just a village boy and really pushed him to find a new and unique growth in AT. He's so dynamic and I like reading all your elaboration about what's going on with him (and your shitposting, lol). I am so bad about trying to double dip my characters lol he and Yuya should still talk again but I look forward to him and Syr also getting to know each other better.

I really love seeing Misa just THRIVE in the Kenoma, even if it's breaking some Pleroma's hearts (Abel). Truly hoping one day she'll launch a Pebble of Suffering. You're friendly and easy to plot with so I'm glad we've gotten some CR and will happily look for other excuses for her and Syr to cross paths even (or especially) if it's continued as mortal enemies.

actually similarly to what you said about misa when i read sbr i did like johnny but i don't think i really "got" him that much if that makes sense, like i didn't really personally delve into a lot of the deeper aspects of his character from the text alone, so i've actually really loved getting to thread with johnny as much as i have with you since it's helped me understand and appreciate him a lot more... i feel like i've seen u bring out a lot of different aspects of him - the funny side, the take no shit side, the angery murder side, the soft kind side too... it's nice to seee him played with such care and made me Care Him more in turn

i said this before but i tend to Really like character types that are like gen, so he always hits me in the honey nut feelios when i read your tags... you do a really good job of playing him (even tho i'm canonblind for now. I Just Know), making him abrasive and harsh while also vulnerable and weak at the right moments. it never feels unnatural and he feels like a fully rounded person!! i especially love that you don't hold back when he's being shitty, the fight these two had in venera was so fun for me to write especially..... clutches chest
