We would be willing to accept this in the case of the defender taking the hit for the attacker, which would mean that if it's a 1-5%, they would be taken out in the attacker's stead. We don't really want to make it possible for the knock out chance to be completely subverted, but if someone ends up going down as a result, we think that works fine.
