it's definitely possible! it kind of depends on how open sebastian decides to be about being a demon lmao... which from the tdm is definitely leaning towards "sure, why not". but also luckily (?) sebastian is more into the ~ideal dining experience~ than a buffet, so he's super picky. he may eat souls, but not just any soul, etc
