CHARACTER PITCH: Atsumu is a cocky big little shithead jock from an extremely NORMAL world, so normal that magic, wild scifi wonders, and world hopping is the stuff purely of fiction! That's all to say, everything here is going to be a lot for him at first as he adjusts.
His personality is... somewhat unpleasant, but at least he's got decent comedic timing, so that's one likable trait he has going for him. He's self-centered and rude, and he's not likely to be particularly kind to any of his new Kenoma buddies right out the game, especially because he's still reeling from the strange and very distressing reality he finds himself in. As he opens up to people he'll... honestly continue to be pretty unpleasant, but in a friendlier way! Which maybe(???) makes it better. He'll also just keep getting louder too, so that seems like it kind of offsets any positives.
He does do good volleyball though. He does very good volleyball... DESIRED CR: People to take him under their wing. He doesn't know how to fight, he doesn't know magic, all he has is being tall(ish) and muscly on his side, and that's only going to carry him so far. I also want some of the Kenoma to help try and nudge him further along into the Kenoma belief system. He's joining on because he was left feeling kind of hopeless and desperate at the destruction of his world, and he's hoping that somehow he can get any part of that back in the Regent's new universe, but he's not a doom and gloomer by nature. He'll also balk at some of the extreme violence being done to the Pleroma, and will need someone to coax him along in his spiral down into the Kenoma.
Or just people to give him a hard time, because he's easy to rile up and a pretty easy target. Everyone needs some stress relief, and picking on Atsumu is one I can offer others!
Also some Pleroma to form some kind of connection with if the opportunity ever arises. I don't plan to have him switch sects in the game, but I do like the idea of a bumpy and complicated ride making him feel uncomfortable as he slides his way down to the bottom. OFFERED CR: Do you want someone easy to bully? He's your man. Do you want someone to bully your easily bullied character? He's also kind of your man actually... Do you want to aggressive adopt a barely likable teenage boy for some wild reason? He's also good at that.
Also someone play sports with him. He misses them... PLOT HOOKS: I really am looking for a long term corruption plot with him, so if that's something that interests anyone please hit me up.
EVENT PLANS: He is mostly going to be stumbling his way around, freaked out by the public torture displays, and attempting to avoid anyone that lavishes too much attention on him. Help a kid out.
