The only feasible way to do this seems to be purging this place and letting it start anew. The other side... I just don't see "their war" ever having an end. So, I guess that's the other thing.

Are you willing to be here forever to "protect life," that's already beyond redemption on its own? I don't really see any reason to do, especially since it's this place's fault we're here.
