Paul will be setting up a portal between Achamoth and Venera; the Achamoth side will be present near the Citadel, while the Veneran side will be at the main Achamite/Hylici-controlled guard outpost/station (wherever that may happen to be) since Venera is currently under Regent control and the portal will be less likely to be destroyed there over the duration of the event.

The portal will be destroyed/taken down after the event.
