yes, absolutely! i'm waiting on a mod reply for a power that makoto might have by that time, so what could either happen is 1) makoto gets hit somewhere non-immediately lethal and he manages to get away and has time to recover (since he can heal relatively quickly if he gets the arrow out of him and sew himself up)... this would probably require it to be earlier on in the event, OR 2) he could just teleport out of the way
