Binghe is going to VENERA, where he will be mostly pretending to be pleasant to locals and then arresting them discreetly.

He will however attempt to prevent the arrest of one person: a seditious nice old lady from the hospital kitchen he worked in during the Innocence contagion. Binghe is fine with doing violence to innocent people generally but violence specifically to someone he likes is unacceptable. And Binghe likes nice old ladies. He will generally be approaching this by "accidentally" getting in the way of people trying to check this one off the list until she's able to get out of town, but may escalate the situation if necessary. Ultimately he may decide to let her be disappeared after all, or he might stand his ground on this one and get in trouble, depending on how things shake out...
