Paul is going to Venera to assist with the mission there, though he's unfortunately one of those there who is actually attempting the mission and not trying to assist the ones who are trying to misbehave, oops - he's entirely here for the mission, in just getting people where they need to be. He has the general benefit of having the ability and the desire to work primarily at night, and also in being a generally disarming person who can usually get most people to listen without putting up much of a fight. Ideally, they'll come quietly or after being...subdued.

Of course, if it comes to a fight that's entirely fine with me, Paul is largely a noncombatant and would work better with someone who can at least sort of fight, but if anyone wants to ruin a Kenoma's day you are more than welcome to do that.

Basically, I am flexible and open to pretty much anything; Paul is kind of a generalized shitshow who will defer to others if necessary, so whatever you like is pretty much fair game.
