Plotting: Uh oh! Liem is about to wild out on his very first mission for the Regent. By which I mean he is absolutely against the plans to snatch random Venera citizens off the street and host sham trials to execute them, and he will be doing everything in his power to mess things up for his fellow Kenomies there. Interested in the following:

🔑 Pleromies whom he could give tips to so they can intercept Kenomies who are in the midst of snatching people, or hustle targets out of town before they're caught.

🏹 On that same note, for Kenoma-players who want trouble from Pleromies, Liem can totally narc on you to make that happen.

🔑 Kenomies who end up being suspicious of Liem for whatever reason and decide to stick to him? This is the non-conflict option; specifically, I'm interested in a Kenoma deciding to be Liem's buddy while he repeatedly looks for an excuse to ditch them lmao.

🏹 The conflict option! Any Kenoma want to catch Liem letting a target go, talking with a Pleromie, etc, and confront him about it? This could potentially be a multi-person thread involving a Pleromie as well.
