my first event... saddling in late, but let's plot together ! ✨❤

VENERA Aerith will be heading out as soon as possible once word travels. She wants to help as quickly as possible and will be sticking her nose into everyone's business the moment she has the ability to. She's happy to work with Pleroma or Kenoma for this, or just meet Kenoma in general. She's curious to know what the other side of the pond is like, and is wondering how many people are hanging out over that could be in danger of any kind. (You can thank Childe for this concern.)

CONTAGION Resisting is what she does! Since she's Firebrand, though, this will be affecting her immensely once it's gets going and I'm considering going the full mile with body horror but with a religious horror lean; gimmie that halo, and the bloody wings. Aerith covets the ability to decide for herself and greatly values her freedom, so the contagion robbing her of her ability to do those things will settle extremely unwell with her. I'm happy to cook up some specific day dreaming stuff if people like; some basic ideas I have are mistaking people for Cloud and Tifa, but I would also love for people to find out about her late mother with this, too.

CURE Aerith's emotional trauma largely deals with isolation and loss, so arguably the best way to help her through the contagion would be to... do this further, hilariously. A particular idea I have occurs within canon; Aerith is so isolated from the kids she knew as a child that they forgot about her during a game of hide and seek. This cycle of isolation and abandonment was broken by Tifa after she and Cloud found Aerith during the game in the trainyard, but maybe it's time to perpetuate it...!! I'm picturing a big hide and seek game where ever ignores her...? lmao
