okay but what i want is for eustace's generous donation of time and effort training gen to be repaid with infection, just because it would be so (bleakly) funny!!!

maybe we can do both? maybe they can be discussing the situation earlier on during the whole incident and eustace can get an unexpected dose of memory leak foisted upon him and it distracted him enough that gen can infect him?
