[ reclaim it, he'd once been told of the name that was no longer his to bear. but what purpose does reclaiming that identity serve now, in a world where it holds no meaning? what purpose could it serve now that his own world is dead?

he brushes it aside, of course. perhaps someday he will find the time to mourn, but that time is not now. ]


Well met. [ he'd offer a hand of greeting, but the gesture might just be enough to draw undue attention towards them both. ] You know aught of rituals, do you?

[ there's barely a question in it; the man's words imply, at least in his own mind, that he has some familiarity with the subject. more familiarity than gabranth has himself, for certain. ]

What manner of preparation is required for a ritual of such scale, do you think? Beyond what we've seen so far.
