[ He's walked, paced, and climbed on every bit of ruin he feels he could at this point before a guard decided to say something — or do, if they've decided he's gone too far without saying anything. It's annoying. For most of his life, he's felt he's been tied by something. Even having been held captive once before, it's never felt quite like this —

At least prefer he knew what someone wanted with him. Dragons. It was always about dragons.

Here, it's just a whole lot of people. A whole lot of faces he's starting to memorize and be uncomfortable with what's going to happen to them — Them, more so than him. Helpless once more, all he can do is keep a watchful eye (useless, his brain tells him, and he shoves it to the side). ]


[ For the moment, he's half dozing — not quite letting himself sleep, one palm scrubbing at an eye when the other approaches. His hand is noticed first, gaze groggily following the path of the limb to the other's face as he takes in what they've said. A deep sigh as he takes the offered hand, shaking his head: ]

Not sure how much of a walk this one will be.

[ A tilt of the head to a watching guard. ] But, sure, if I sit any longer right now I'll probably explode. [ Figuratively, maybe literally. ]
