Meteion frowned at that, just a little. Zero might be promising not to get in trouble--but she was also fairly sure that the guards would give him a reason. Not immediately--unless they decided to tie Zero up again--but eventually, it would happen. The entelechy couldn't point a finger and go 'this is why I'm sure they'll cause trouble', but she was also entirely sure the soldiers would.
"You'll get in trouble," she said, sounding sad. He could probably infer her train of thought from that alone, if not the reproachful look she gave their guards as well.
