His nearest fellow captive in this case happens to be a short and jittery looking young man who has been lost deep in his own thoughts this entire time. Thoughts such as: Why is he here? Why have these people taken him captive and dressed him up like a ghost? Is any of this even actually real, or is it all some kind of sick hallucination? Did Sholmes slip him some kind of experimental concoction again when he wasn't looking? All of his senses, his perception of everything around him, everything sure feels real, but that being the case would defy all kinds of logic and completely shatter his entire understanding of how the world works! Etc, etc.

It's just a bad time to be Ryunosuke, generally speaking. Is it any wonder he gives a little jolt when Binghe addresses him? The question snaps him out of his doom spiraling at least, but catches him utterly off guard.

"The... markings?" His attention flicks briefly over to the place indicated. "Ah--! Yes, I suppose so..."

He says it politely enough. It's a normal enough answer. What's not normal is the degree to which his eyes seem to be bulging out of his head when he says it. It's almost like he's staring right through Binghe, looking without really seeing.
