It does. It's fairly clear that she's trying to put a good face on it, but there's still an air about her--it's a similar feel to when Meteion ran all over Elpis, trying to avoid having to bear bad news to Hermes. Before things all began to fall down.

"It might be a good thing we can't. But it might not, too," Meteion admits. Because she wonders what else might happen, if they could access their abilities?
